In 2015, two military friends saw a need for healthy meals to be more accessible for busy families. The company started with 2 clients and has since then grown to cooking for more hundreds of Jacksonville locals. Fit Meals Prep is the only meal prep company in northeast Florida to provide vacuum sealed meals giving clients the guaranteed freshness in each meal.

Clients have the ability to pick-up their meals in our storefront, through delivery or at one of our partner locations at check out. We’ve even provided a Grab-n-Go fridge located in our storefront.

Each week we donate leftover meals to local charities around Jacksonville to help those in need. Our goal is to not only positively affect our clients health, but to spread positivity throughout the Jacksonville community.
